Domiciliation

We can offer your company a legal home

As part of our domiciliation service, we provide our law office as the official address for correspondence with tax authorities and other official persons and parties. We can also accept telephone calls for our clients, and we can forward mail, electronic correspondence, and telephone information and queries to recipients designated by our clients.

This service is only offered to clients who are building their business and with whom we have more than just a consulting relationship. We particularly focus on foreign companies that are building subsidiaries or permanent establishments in Germany and do not wish to establish an administrative headquarters or business address in Germany.

We neither rent our premises nor relinquish our staff to our clients. In limited circumstances, we can store records for our clients.
