Web-based document management
We offer our clients a timely and secure accounting service. Our web-based solution allows you to work directly and flexibly with us. We use a high-security network, DATEV, which has specialized in electronic services and finance applications for decades. They have the necessary know-how when it comes to data security.
The graphical interface is very simple: you scan your accounts and put them in a protected online area. With the help of an accessible user interface, you can also park payroll statements and receipts. We use this data and documentation to create your financial accounts electronically. Your account transactions can be electronically retrieved and transferred directly into our accounting software, and we make the analyses of financial accounting, open items, cost accounting, and payroll available to you online. This means you always have the latest results for the management of your company.
